About the inventor of the telephone Alexander Graham BellAlexander Graham Bell (3 March 1847-2 August 1922)

Was a distinguished scholar, inventor, engineer and innovator who is credited with inventing the first practical telephone.
I have been associated with both the father and grandfather Bill and his brother to work in the field of communication and correct pronunciation and speech education for the deaf and dumb,
And his mother was deaf, and his wife; which has had a profound impact on the lives of Bill and his work.
Furthermore, it has paid his research in the field of hearing and speech to conduct several experiments on hearing aids;
Which enabled him at the end of the first invention of the telephone and get the first patent registered in the United States of America
In 1876. Given his academic life, we find that the "Bill Graham" I consider that the most prominent and most famous of his inventions; is the invention of the telephone,
Is considered as an intervention for his work as a scientist in the field of the original sound, as he refused to have a phone in a room of his office.
Many other inventions were significant in the life of the subsequent Bill, including the pioneering work in optical communications,
Rings in the boat and aeronautics. Become "Alexander Graham Bell" in 1888 a founding member of the National Geographic Society in Washington.

Forex Trading Traning Information

Education is one of the biggest predictors of success and the same goes for education in the trading market, especially in the Forex market. When you are looking to invest in the foreign currency exchange market, the best idea is to make yourself learn about the subject.
There are many ways to learn about the Forex market. You can learn from online sources or from people in a local brokerage office.

If you are lucky and you have someone in your area, you might be able to shadow that trader for a few days to see what he or she does to help people make money using Forex. You need to pay close attention and ask as many questions as you need to ask. This will be an obvious case of listening and benefiting immediately from what you have learned.

You will need to be disciplined. It is easy to get caught up in the excitement and leverage too much money, but if you take it slow and keep it moderate and manageable, you will have a great time making money with Forex.

Besides all of the negatives and potential problems, Forex is a very educational market. You wil learn to follow market conditions and know when to invest and when not to invest

Forex Trading Scams – Plenty of them out there

Investment trading opens people up to many scams. Forex trading is one of the most scammed markets in the world. The people who buy and sell on the Forex market get scammed more than any other traders in all of the other markets. The fact that Forex can be traded on leverage is what creates the most problems.

You should be completely aware that there is no fast and easy way to make guaranteed money on any investment market. There is always a risk and you never know when the risk will occur.

If you are a small trader, dealing in the hundreds rather than thousands, it would take nothing short of a miracle to make you filthy rich in one fell swoop. It takes time for an investment to pay off at the rates that some scammers suggest.

There are many scams and you should know what they are to protect yourself. Scammers have tried the following and more will try them again:

You cannot make money in a short amount of time. You will not be able to make a 50% profit quickly. You will not because to make a fortune with just a few hundred dollars. You cannot believe people who say they were broke and are not wealthy beyond their imagination. You also cannot believe people who say that have a book and just a few copies left because the books have so many secrets. You also should never buy investment secret information anywhere! You can find it for free.

Follow Vladimir LST Forex Trading system and Be Safe..

You might be able to earn a profit that is more than you expected, but it does not happen very often. Read the information from the reliable sources and you will avoid getting scammed. Do not let anyone talk you out of your money or even offer to invest it for you.

There are many sayings about fools and their money parting ways, and if you are educated on the Forex subject, then you cannot be scammed. Know what you are doing before you go in full force so you cannot get caught in the excitement and be taken advantage of. If you do not have extra money to invest, then you should stay away from Forex.

If you do your research on a company that you are considering using and you do not find anything, then do not invest with that company. Find a brokerage through word of mouth or through online recommendations from third parties.

Be smart and savvy and no one will take advantage of you and your money.

Forex Trading for the Beginner

Many people have become very rich trading in the foreign exchange currency market. Because of this, the amount of trading that has been going on is growing exponentially.

Many people are interested in getting involved in this lucrative market called Forex. There are many ways to make a profit, but you should know a little something about the market before you jump right and start to trade.

When a trader gets involved in the Forex market, the trader will most likely be quite confused because there are many difference currency pairs that have strange names. It is a good idea to research the pairs and learn their nicknames.

New traders should learn the lingo and what it means to have a gap between levels of buying and selling. The gap is different between each pair and the gap is known as a pip. A trader needs the pair to earn the pips before he or she can make a profit. So, the trader needs to become familiar with the buy sell levels and especially get used to starting each trade at a loss. If you run a practice account at a brokerage, start with a deficit and go from there.

Traders do not get involved in the Forex market to lose money. You should join a trading network as a beginner so you can learn about how to make money fast and easily. A trading network is where Forex traders share their knowledge and help newbies get in on the action of earning money quickly.

It is important to trade in moderation. You do not want to lose all of your money before you even start to learn about the process. Take your time and you will end up making money, because you have been patient. Do not get greedy, or you will lose. You should take trading seriously and keep in mind that there is a constant risk.

Forex Advice – Who Can Trust You?
If you are looking for Forex advice, you do not have to look very far. There are many people who love to share their experiences trading. It might even seem like there is too much information about Forex and you might not know what to trust.

Forex advice comes in different forms and there are certain things that you should be aware of before you decide what advice to accept and what to pass by. There are some vital questions to ask.

Where Do I Start?

Beginning traders should look for as much information as they possibly can. There are plenty of websites that offer all kinds of resources for Forex trading, especially information about the language of Forex. It is a good idea to become confident in the language and then move to learning more about the techniques for success. If you do not know the language, then the rest of the information will be practically useless.

Where Do I Look?

The best places to look are at informational websites and third party websites. Brokerage firms might provide some information, but they might ask for compensation or require that you provide them with your contact information. You should be able to gather information for free.

 Skin Care Principles Acne

- Acne,Skin Care

When it comes to your skin care products it pays to spend some time experimenting to find out what best suits your individual skin. Once you’ve found products that are really good quality and work really well with you, it can really improve your acne situation. Remember, although topical acne treatment products will not cure your acne for good (you need to sort out your acne internally), good skin care products will help to get rid of bacteria on the face that contribute to acne and they will help to get rid of any dead skin cells that might clog your pores. Good quality skin care products will also help to keep your skin hydrated and supple and can provide it with nutrients.

8 Main Skin Care Principles for Acne:
Don’t Squeeze or Pick Your Face. This will only spread bacteria, delay your skin from healing and eventually make your acne worse and lead to scarring. Keep your hands away from your face.
Use Natural Products and Stop Using Products That Contain Harsh Chemicals.

Get rid of any products that:

- contain harsh chemicals that dry out your skin and leave it red, peeling, or irritated
- strip the protective acid mantle layer off your face (most chemical/commercial products do this)
- leave your skin feeling tight
- contain chemicals and cancer causing parabens
- aren’t pH balanced for your skin

3 Good Reasons Why You Should Stop Using Chemical Products and Switch to Natural:

a) Remember using chemical products that dry your skin out and give your face a really tight clean feeling is actually doing you more harm than good because it will cause your skin to produce more oil to replace the protective acid mantle on the skin’s surface that was stripped away by chemical products.

Your skin naturally produces oil to protect your skin and keep it supple and naturally moisturized. When you use harsh chemical washes and scrubs to remove this oil, your skin will actually try to compensate for this by producing even more oil because it now feels dried out. This is not a good idea for acne sufferers because they already produce excess oil so provoking your skin to produce even more by drying it out will make things worse. Acne sufferers already have overactive skin, so you don’t want to make it even more overactive. This will lead to even more breakouts.

b) It also leaves your skin vulnerable to bacteria (which play a big part in forming pimples) because there’s no acid mantle to protect your skin from the bacteria (the acid pH of the skin’s sebum (oil) prevents bacteria from thriving).

c) There’s also the fact that a lot of skin care products contain a lot of chemicals. These chemicals are unnatural and foreign, and they are toxic to the body. When you put anything on your skin; cleanser, toner, moisturiser, fake tan, face mask, makeup… these products will seep through the pores on your skin into your bloodstream. Even if you wash the product off (e.g. a cleanser) the chemicals are so small they’ll just soak right into your pores fast.So whatever you put on your skin will end up in your bloodstream, and if you’re putting products that contain synthetic chemicals (toxins) on your skin, you body will have to deal with these toxins and somehow process them and eliminate them. And the more toxins your body has, the more overloaded it can get and the more likely toxins will have to be eliminated through the skin resulting in more acne!

So in the end putting chemicals on your skin really doesn’t help your situation. Although these products can sometimes appear to temporarily help with your skin on the surface, in the long run they may just be hurting you. So why not try to find products that use natural ingredients that don’t strip your skin or make it red and dry, don’t give your body more toxins, yet still give you really good results? Try looking for brands that are natural and organic.

The best thing to do is to switch to products that do not completely strip off this natural oil, but does get rid of any excess acne-causing oil and dead skin cells. If your skin products make your face feel tight and dry, I suggest you stop using them.

I think the only chemical product I would cautiously recommend for severe acne is using Benzoyl Peroxide just as a spot treatment on really bad pimples. Try to use it extremely sparingly as it will dry out your skin. However a really good alternative is medicinal honey as a spot treatment, so try to use this as much as you can instead, and only use BP on really bad spots and eventually wean yourself off it completely.
Use Simple, Natural, Organic Skincare Products. Try to use simple products, plants, and foods from nature to heal your acne and skin. I can honestly say that after trying dozens of popular commercial products, it’s actually simple, natural things like honey and aloe vera that have worked so much better on my severe acne. Don’t underestimate the power of nature; you’ll be surprised by the results. Not to mention it’s much cheaper!

Look for natural, organic acne products from stores and make sure that when you look at the ingredients on the back, that you are able to recognize all of the ingredients and that there are no crazy synthetic chemicals that you don’t understand. Also, there are a lot of plants and items that are very healing for acne that you can often find out in your garden or in your kitchen. I’ll be covering more on those and how to create and apply your own home remedies using natural ingredients.
Avoid Moisturizing at Night. Give your skin a chance to rest, breathe, and regulate its own oil production without interference from heavy night creams. Give your skin a chance to balance its own self out.
Use Oil On Your Skin. This may seem counter intuitive but it really does help. Acne sufferers have overactive skin and produce too much oil (sebum). The theory goes that by putting plant oils such as Jojoba oil on your face during the day, your skin will feel moisturized and sense that it doesn’t need to produce as much oil because your skin’s already got enough. It can also also help to dissolve blocked pores because ‘like dissolves like’ and the oil can dissolve the clogged oil in your pores. A great example of this is the ‘Oil Cleanse Method’ which I’ll cover in a another post. I can honestly say that this has helped a lot for me.
Don’t Change Your Skincare Routine Too Often and Keep It Simple. If you change your routine too much and use too many different products on your face, your skin will start to freak out. Remember your skin is an organ and it has to adjust to these new products and ingredients. It could freak out so much that it could even lead to a break out. So keep it simple and stick to just a handful of very high quality natural products. Just a good quality cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and spot treatment. Then occasionally use masks, exfoliants, and special treatments.
Don’t Overwash Your Face. Overwashing will cause the acid mantle on your skin to disintegrate and can lead to more breakouts and red, dry skin. Cleanse and tone twice a day and moisturize once in the morning for throughout the day. Exfoliate once a week, twice at the most. Even though you may feel like really, really washing your face more than that, it will actually make it worse so please try not to.
Be Gentle To Your Skin and Give It Love. This may sound a bit funny but it really does pay to be gentle with your skincare routine. Your skin does know what its doing and you’ve got acne because your skin is doing a good job and ridding your body of toxins. While you work on healing your acne from the inside out and fixing up your internal problems and imbalances that are causing your acne, treat your skin on the outside with care and give it time to heal itself naturally. Don’t scrutinize yourself in the mirror and beat yourself up about every little spot, this will only make you feel worse. Be good to your skin and know that you’re going to clear it soon, but in the meantime be patient and loving to your skin, it’s just crying out for help.

Gas, Electricity

 Gas, Electricity
Utilities
Utility Companies are facing new challenges in securing the talented, senior level leaders with the capabilities to negotiate within and drive forward an industry on the cusp of change. Increased competition, market knowledge, coupled with a need for previous business network contacts are essential considerations if organisations are to be successful and be recognised as leaders within this field. Our holistic and diagnostic approach enables us at Future Corporate Solutions to identify the industry experts and match them with precision to the needs of your business.

The U.K utilities sector remains highly competitive in comparison to other global utility markets and incredibly valuable at a worth of over £8bn. Energy demand growth is forecast to increase in the developed world by 111% and by 645% in the emerging economies by 2030.

The manufacturing and transportation of Liquid Gas (LNG) has also seen a major growth, by 2005 there had been a 70% increase in forecast in the LNG market. The UK and international markets are going to need to work collaboratively and provide Long-term investment in new technology in order find new sources of oil and gas.

The expectations are for the value of underlying construction project implementations to remain firm for much of next year, before falling back during the closing months of 2010 and early 2011.

National Grid is preparing a major extension of its upgrade programme in a move that will open up billions of pounds of construction work.
The utility industry, which currently spends about £3bn a year on construction projects, is hoping to attract consultants and contractors outside its current partnering arrangements to compete for the work both in one-off tenders and new partnerships.
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) is looking to re-tender almost £2.5bn of work now split between five contractors in a bid to cut construction costs.

The consensus within industry is that the National Grid are set to pursue projects worth as much as £10bn in order to upgrade the transmissions network to ensure it is capable of transporting sufficient energy to meet the increasing demand for onshore and offshore renewables. This massive task is also coupled with a new interest in emerging nuclear markets, high-voltage direct current links and carbon capture and storage. It is forecast that the associated spending will amass to £20bn.
    Smart Metering
The way that Power is supplied in to our properties, both Domestic and Commercial, has changed very little over the past decade. Power is fed into the grid from power stations and delivered to us. To this day most utility companies rely on consumers to tell them that the power is out which then instigates a lot of investigation and man hours to identify the cause.

electricity This may be changing at last. A global movement is afoot to make grids "smart". This means adding all kinds of information technology to the process. Smart Grids have many advantages, some of which are avoiding blackouts and outages as well as saving energy and helping the environment. The American economy alone loses $150 billion a year in outages.

Governments around the globe have earmarked parts of their stimulus packages for smart grids. Utility companies have started to spend serious money. In recent years American venture capitalists have put more than $1 billion into smart-grid start-ups. Big electrical-engineering firms and information-technology giants are joining in to ensure they are the leaders in this pioneering new technology.

Some countries are further ahead than others in developing smart grids. Italy and Sweden are leaders in the market, some utility companies in Italy have already started installing smart meters in most households to clamp down on theft and cut off non-payers remotely. Sweden has recently become the first Government to make smart metering mandatory ensuring every customer now has a smart meter.

America's Department of Energy will soon start to dole out the $3.9 billion earmarked for smart grids in the country's stimulus package. In Germany, smart meters will be compulsory in new buildings from next year. Britain plans to complete a rollout of such devices by 2020.

Do we really need to buy insurance

We all need insurance. Or do we? Is it really worth paying out thousands of pounds to cover yourself for countless problems when you might never make a claim?
Outspoken radio presenter Danny Baker does not sit on the fence. He thinks insurance is a waste of time and money. And worse, it encourages people to live in a state of constant anxiety. Baker prefers to live for  the moment, enjoy what money he has in his pocket and leave the rest to fate.
But the 54-year-old father of three faced a crisis last year when diagnosed with life-threatening head and neck cancer.
Laid-back: Outspoken radio presenter Danny Baker does not sit on the fence. He thinks insurance is a waste of time and money. And worse, it encourages people to live in a state of constant anxiety
Laid-back: Outspoken radio presenter Danny Baker does not sit on the fence. He thinks insurance is a waste of time and money. And worse, it encourages people to live in a state of constant anxiety
Baker borrowed £30,000 from fellow BBC radio presenter Chris Evans to tide him over.
Returning to work last April – and given the all clear by  doctors in June – Baker was able to repay the debt by taking out a further advance on his home in Deptford, south-east London.
Insurers seized on Baker’s story to publicise the need for critical illness insurance, the controversial cover that is supposed to pay out when policyholders are diagnosed with serious conditions, such as cancer.

...

Baker was annoyed and on Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs in August, he said: ‘Some insurance company claimed there was a lesson there for all of us.’
Insurers were promoting their own interests, he implied, and ‘negating his philosophy’ of ‘enjoying money and living for the moment’.
He said he would not encourage anyone to ‘fritter their money away on insurance’.
The insurance industry, with its fondness for advertisements portraying terrible diseases and disasters, is indeed relentless in pursuit of new sales. The more policies that insurers sell (and the fewer claims they pay out on), the more they profit.
But would it really be sensible to take Baker’s line and shun cover altogether? Financial Mail examines the odds and looks at just how likely disaster is to strike.
CRITICAL ILLNESS COVER
The chances of a 35-year-old man being struck down with a critical illness before 65 are one in seven while for a woman it is one in eight, according to the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
Critical illness cover is sold separately from life insurance and designed to pay a lump sum on diagnosis of a life-threatening illness, such as cancer, heart attack or multiple sclerosis.
The cover has been marred by numerous cases where claims were rejected, although insurers have improved to some extent. At present, one in ten claims is thrown out. Only 15 per cent of adults have this cover, with cost being one reason for low take-up.
A 34-year-old non-smoking man would pay £9.39 a month for £50,000 of cover for 20 years with Scottish Provident.
At age 44 it would be £19.63 a month for the same cover, while at 54 it would be £51.52 a month. These quotes are for cover that decreases over the 20-year term because it is usually sold alongside a mortgage.
Jennifer Gilchrist of Scottish Provident, says: ‘Although it is just a small minority that claim, people do need to consider how they would survive the onset of an illness – who will pay the mortgage? It gives peace of mind.’
Scottish Provident paid out an average of £82,000 last year to 1,100 claimants with an average age of 47. But it would not reveal the number of customers that did not claim.
INCOME PROTECTION INSURANCE
There is a one in 16 chance of being off work for six months or more due to sickness or disability, according to the Office for National Statistics.
Income protection is taken out by only one in ten people. Unlike critical illness cover, it pays an income every month until you are back on your feet.
Premiums vary hugely, depending on age, health profile and provider, while the payout also depends on job type and when benefits kick in.
Incapacity benefit has been scrapped for new claimants. Under the replacement, Employment and Support Allowance, claimants can get up to £100 a week depending on their circumstances.
Private income protection of £1,500 a month for 30 years for a non-smoking 35-year-old male office worker costs £24.73 a month with Legal & General.
For a 35-year-old woman it is significantly higher at £41.40. Payments kick in after three months.
MOTOR INSURANCE
The chance of your life ending in a car crash is one in 200 but the chance of being in a motoring accident in your lifetime is one in four.
The cost of third party, fire and theft cover is an average £971.40 a year and this insurance is the minimum legal requirement.
In the year to the end of last September there were 204,350 motor accidents in which vehicles were damaged and people injured. Of these, 1,900 ended with a fatality.
Ian Crowder of the AA says: ‘The odds are against you getting involved in an accident, with Britain’s roads being among the world’s safest. The most dangerous place for fatal injuries is rural, winding lanes,’ he says.
Collisions are more likely in urban areas.

HOME INSURANCE
There's is a one in ten chance you will be burgled, suffer accidental damage or have other reasons to claim.
There are two types of home policies – buildings and contents. Although they can be taken out separately, they are often taken out jointly.
The average buildings policy is £171 a year while contents is £140, according to the Home Office. However, prices vary hugely depending on the property, what you own and where you live.
Homebuyers must usually have buildings insurance to get a mortgage. About 76 per cent of households have contents insurance and 64 per cent have buildings insurance.
The rest of households, it appears, are ‘self-insuring’ – choosing to take the risk of the loss on themselves.
According to the Association of British Insurers, 19.7 million households have contents insurance and 16.6 million have building insurance. Across both types of cover, 2.1 million claims were made last year. The average claim was £1,500.
Translator Penny Langton, 42, from Clapham, south London, thought that her insurance would pay out when she lost her £150 ski boots during a trip to the French Alps.
However, neither her home cover with Endsleigh nor travel insurance with NatWest would pay up, with both companies claiming she had failed to get the necessary police report within 24 hours.
Penny, who is married and has two children, Dan, 11, and Amy, 8, says:  ‘I was told to wait until the boots turned up and did not want to waste police time. However, I knew the insurers would need a police report so still made the effort, but only when it was clear the boots were never going to arrive.’
Afterwards, Penny cancelled her NatWest Gold Card, which cost her £5 a month and which had included the travel insurance.
LIFE INSURANCE
Everyone dies, but that does not mean that everyone claims on life insurance, or needs it.
Term insurance, which will pay out if the policyholder dies within a set period, is the most popular and common form of life cover.
It is the sort most likely to be sold alongside a mortgage. One in 20 term policies results in a claim.
In the other 19 out of 20 cases, policyholders outlive the term and get nothing. The average payout is £130,000 on yearly premiums of £919, according to the ABI.
I don't want to pay more than the car is worth

Non-starter: Jane Warner, with son Robbie, was quoted £400 for fully comprehensive insurance for a car worth only £200
Non-starter: Jane Warner, with son Robbie, was quoted £400 for fully comprehensive insurance for a car worth only £200
Jane Warner avoids paying insurance wherever she can because of costs and took out the minimum cover for her car.
Rather than pay for fully comprehensive insurance,  Jane, 37, took out only the legal requirement of third-party, fire and theft cover for her ten-year-old  Nissan Micra.
She and her partner, Lee Hatcher, 44, a coach driver, share their three-bedroom rented home with their son, Robbie, 10.
Jane, from Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, says: ‘I didn’t see the need for fully comprehensive cover as although the car is reliable and great for the school run and shopping trips, it is only worth about £200. I was being quoted  at least £400 for fully comprehensive insurance, but why should I pay out more on insurance than the car is even worth?’
Jane found a third-party, fire and theft insurance deal with the AA last September for which she now pays £212.32 a year.
However, Jane does not have either building or contents, life insurance or any form of critical illness cover. ‘The cost of everything is rising, including insurance premiums,’ she says.
‘It is something that occasionally makes me worry, but to be honest the expense of paying for all that peace of mind does not seem worth it.
‘We have other daily costs that must be met first.’

Fighter: Letitia Featherstone has overcome ovarian cancer but now has had to battle for travel insurance
Fighter: Letitia Featherstone has overcome ovarian cancer but now has had to battle for travel insurance
I was cleared but no one wanted to cover me for travel
Primary school teacher Letitia Featherstone, 45, turned down an offer to take out insurance against serious illness.
Six months later, in April 2010, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
But after surgery and chemotherapy, Letitia was told the following October that there was ‘no  residual disease’.

She says: ‘You never think it is going to happen to you.
‘As strange as it may seem, I felt I would have been tempting fate to take out critical illness or income protection cover. Now I wish that I had.’
Letitia, who is separated and has a 23-year-old daughter, declined the offer of a £12 monthly WellWoman Plan, which covers against seven cancers, from Chartis Insurance. If she had taken the deal, it would have paid out a £25,000 lump sum.
‘Fortunately as a teacher I got six months of leave on full pay, but the money would have been fantastic with transport and recuperation costs,’  she says.
Letitia, from Woodford Green, north-east London, was also shocked to discover that her travel insurance with M&S Money was cancelled because of the cancer.
She says: ‘It felt like discrimination. Even though the doctor gave me the all-clear, no travel insurance companies wanted to touch me.’
Letitia eventually found cover through Insurancewith, a specialist travel insurer, but she had to pay £600 for three weeks of cover in America last November.
